Wild Seaweed Convivium

The Public is Invited March 4th & 5th At the Solar energized Philo Grange Philo, California Located in Mendocino County just 2 1/2 hours north of San Francisco Open the doors of delight into the awesome world of sea vegetables!

Wild Pacific Seaweed People will be gathering March 4th & 5th for two magical days. Come mingle with and learn from seaweed wildcrafters Ryan Drum, Donna Bishop, James Jungwirth and John Lewallen, virtuoso sea vegetable Chefs Eric Tucker of the Millennium Restaurant and Barry Horton of Raven's Restaurant, and other wild seaweed people from around the globe. Join us for two days of learning and merriment in the “Seaweed and Wine” valley, Anderson Valley in Mendocino County.

Saturday March 4: 9 a.m.Drum circle, First Nations Speak, Speakers,workshops. wild seaweed for community health.
Sunday March 5: leave Grange 7 a.m. meet 8 a.m. in Elk for seaweed walk on Greenwood Beach. Afternoon at Grange with great sea vegetable chefs and sharing of recipes.

Both Days,seaweed wildcrafters will display their wares in our large meeting room; great seaweed art, photography, and music; “Seaweed and Wine” with local organic Mendocino County wines.
